About Zoe

My career has spanned more than two decades across fashion, marketing, branding and design — worlds that, to me, have always been deeply connected. Each explores identity, expression and storytelling: how we live, what we value, and how we choose to be seen.

Before launching Zoe Willis Design, I worked with some of the world’s most influential creative houses — NET-A-PORTER, Hearst (Harpers Bazaar, ELLE, Esquire) and Condé Nast (Vogue, GQ, The World of Interiors) — leading global campaigns, directing creative teams and shaping luxury narratives that defined modern style. Styling shoots was never in my job description, but I did it anyway — because I saw the image differently, and I knew how to make it sing.

My love of interiors began early. I bought my first flat at 21 and was instantly hooked on the process of transformation — reimagining, renovating and creating not just for myself, but for friends and family too. Even during my years in luxury fashion and media, design was always there, quietly waiting for its moment.

When the world paused during the pandemic, I finally said yes to what had always been calling. That’s how Zoe Willis Design was born — a London-based interior design studio with a bold, editorial spirit and a belief that interiors should be as intelligent, expressive and daring as the people who live in them.

While London remains our creative home, our reach is truly global. Through Design Coach, I work with clients across the UK, Europe and beyond, helping them make confident, design-led decisions wherever they are in the world.

Our collaborations continue to grow with projects in Monaco, Spain, and an expanding portfolio of commercial and hospitality spaces. I’m also exploring new frontiers that unite my lifelong love of aesthetics and engineering: designing interiors for cars, yachts and private commissions that move.

Whatever form it takes — a city apartment, a superyacht, or a bespoke car interior — my philosophy stays the same: fearless design, intelligent beauty, and emotional depth.
