Design Coach FAQs
How personalised is the advice Zoe gives?
Every session is entirely bespoke. Zoe reviews your plans, images and style preferences beforehand, so your time together is focused on solving your specific design challenges - not generic advice. Clients often say it feels like having their home “seen” for the first time.
Will I get recommendations for suppliers, finishes or products?
Yes. Zoe will suggest suitable brands, materials and finishes that align with your design goals and budget. Where relevant, she may also include trusted suppliers or showrooms from her professional network.
Can Zoe review my architect’s or builder’s plans?
Absolutely. Many clients use the session to sense-check layouts or technical drawings before works begin. Zoe can highlight potential issues, suggest design-led adjustments and ensure the space will flow beautifully once built.
What if my home isn’t finished yet?
That’s perfectly fine - in fact, it’s often the best time to book. Zoe can guide you on everything from lighting and flooring to joinery and colour direction before decisions become costly to change.
What happens after the session if I want Zoe to take on my whole project?
Many clients begin with a Design Coach session, then move into a full design project once they’ve seen Zoe’s process and approach. The session fee is fully redeemable against the cost of a full design project if you choose to continue.
Can I book a follow-up session?
Yes. Some clients like a follow-up a few weeks later once they’ve made progress or received quotes. You can book additional Design Coach sessions as needed — each one builds on the last, ensuring consistency and expert guidance throughout your project.
Does Zoe work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. Zoe regularly works with homeowners and developers in Monaco, Spain, Ireland and beyond. The Design Coach format works seamlessly online, and local project support can be arranged if the project develops further.
