1. Scope of Services
 1.1. The Design Coach session is a one-to-one consultation with Zoe Willis, focused on providing professional interior design guidance and tailored advice in line with the client’s brief.
 1.2. Each session is delivered via Zoom, and includes design recommendations, product suggestions, and strategic advice based on the information provided by the client.
 1.3. The session does not include technical drawings, detailed procurement, or project management beyond the agreed consultation.
 1.4. Any follow-up services beyond the session (such as additional design work, sourcing or layout changes) are available by separate agreement and subject to additional fees.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
 2.1. Full payment is required upfront to secure a Design Coach session.
 2.2. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
 2.3. After this period, the session becomes non-refundable.
 2.4. Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
 2.5. Fees are inclusive of preparation and delivery time, and cover the advice and materials provided during the consultation. 2.6. The first Design Coach session is charged at £2,000 + VAT. Each subsequent session is charged at £1,000 + VAT, or at an agreed flat fee for a block booking confirmed in writing.
3. Hours of Operation
 3.1. Zoe Willis Design operates Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM (UK time).
 3.2. Any sessions or communication requested outside of these hours are subject to prior agreement and availability.
 3.3. Responses to messages or materials submitted outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.
4. Client Obligations
 4.1. The client must provide relevant materials (e.g. floor plans, images, or inspiration) at least 5 days before the meeting to allow Zoe Willis sufficient time to prepare. Failure to do so may affect the agreed meeting time.
 4.2. The client agrees to attend the scheduled session on time.
 4.3. Courtesy and professionalism are expected in all communications with Zoe Willis Design.
 4.4. By booking, the client acknowledges that the session provides professional advice based on the information supplied and that implementation remains the client’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
 5.1. All materials, visual aids, or documentation shared during the session remain the property of Zoe Willis Design.
 5.2. Clients may use any advice or concepts shared for their personal use only and may not reproduce, publish, or share the materials publicly without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all materials, discussions, and information shared during the consultation.
7. Liability
 7.1. Zoe Willis Design provides professional advice to the best of its knowledge and expertise. However, all decisions and actions taken following the session remain the responsibility of the client.
 7.2. Zoe Willis Design accepts no liability for third-party products, suppliers, or contractors recommended during or after the session.
8. Cancellation and Termination
 8.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the session.
 8.2. Sessions cancelled or missed without the required notice are non-refundable.
 8.3. Zoe Willis Design reserves the right to reschedule in unforeseen circumstances, offering an alternative time at the earliest convenience.
9. Governing Law
 9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 9.2. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
