Clapham Home

Set on a quiet Clapham street, this layered home was designed as a sanctuary for an internationally based war correspondent - a place of retreat, calm and restoration. The brief called for interiors that felt grounded yet expressive, where colour, proportion and atmosphere work in quiet harmony. Cinematic references, inspired by the considered symmetry and tonal confidence of Wes Anderson, inform the spaces without ever becoming overt. Deep, enveloping hues anchor the rooms, softened by vintage lighting, textured finishes and a carefully curated mix of furniture and art. The result is a home that feels composed and protective; a private world shaped by mood, balance and a deep sense of refuge.
