Bournemouth Villa
Set within a modernist 1960s property, this project embraces the clarity and optimism of its architectural origins while introducing warmth and personality through colour. A confident, house-wide palette was developed to work in harmony with the home’s blue-framed windows, turning a potential constraint into a defining feature. Mid-century principles are layered, bringing rhythm, contrast and a sense of play without overwhelming the spaces. Careful consideration was given to layout and furnishing, ensuring each room feels both expressive and highly functional. The result is a home that feels cohesive, characterful and intelligently designed - modernist in spirit, but unmistakably personal.
