Set within a period apartment, this artisanal kitchen was conceived as a creative, highly personal space for fashion designer and performer clients. Designed for both cooking and entertaining, the room balances expressive colour with tactile restraint. Soft pink plaster walls provide a backdrop for vibrant green handmade cabinetry, allowing form and craftsmanship to take centre stage. Material contrast defines the space, from marble checkerboard flooring layered with a vintage Turkish rug to reclaimed wood cabinetry and shelving. Salvaged elements, including repurposed school doors and desks, introduce character and history, creating a kitchen that feels grounded, eclectic and richly lived-in.
